Snow-capped mountains and rimrock canyons frame some of the world's finest angling along our five miles of prime river access on the Deschutes...or any point downriver where our expert guides will help you find that "perfect spot". Trout, Steelhead and Salmon fill the rolling water and quiet eddies here on the majestic Deschutes or, just a few miles away, on the Metolius, John Day or Crooked Rivers.

Trout:
Sections of the Deschutes, Metolius and Crooked Rivers open the entire year. May-June recommended for Stone Fly hatch on the Deschutes.

Steelhead:
August-Dec. are best on the Deschutes; July through December on the John Day.

Salmon:
July-October on specified sections of the Deschutes.

Bass:
For river fishing, June to Aug. on the John Day.
