BIRD HUNTING
Bitter Brush is home for many different game birds. Hunting for Pheasant or Chuckar is open for most months of the year. Our guides will provide you with appropriate gear, and take you to pre-scouted sites to ensure an exciting and productive day. Quail, Waterfowl and Morning Dove are also available during controlled seasons. After a successful hunt, you'll be able to sit down and savor the fresh-cooked bounty of your success at a quiet, relaxing meal prepared by our staff.

BIG GAME HUNTING (Seasonal):
The big game hunting at Bitter Brush will be an experience to share with family and friends for years to come. Deer, Elk, and Antelope all take advantage of the seclusion and plentiful fields they find here to graze and roam at will...resulting in some of the best trophy hunting opportunities in the Northwest. Be sure to book well in advance, as this is our most popular season. We'll provide all the gear and guidance that you need to have the safest, most enjoyable and successful hunting experience ever.

Whether you want to sharpen your aim before going after the fowl, or simply prefer to enjoy an afternoon of target shooting, our challenging Sporting Clay course will put you right on target for a relaxing and rewarding day.
